cx999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cx999 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cx999 website at https://cx999.bio and all associated gaming, betting, and financial services offered therein. 1Eligibility and Age Verification

Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.

3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on cx999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cx999 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, however cx999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that exceed thresholds established by its compliance procedures.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 for verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted by players who have not completed KYC verification will be held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. cx999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to accounts held in a name other than the registered account holder's name.
• Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 2 to 4 hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank and other supported banks) are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, major festivals (Eid, Pohela Boishakh), and periods of unusually high withdrawal volume.
• cx999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The player's mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges; cx999 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party fees charged by payment providers.

cx999 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests in good faith and in a timely manner. If you experience any delay beyond the stated processing windows, please contact cx999 support with your transaction reference number. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement on the account balance.

5Game Rules, RNG, and Fair Play

All games available on cx999 are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. Each game operates under the rules set by its respective studio. cx999 does not modify game outcomes, game mathematics, or RTP (Return to Player) percentages. 7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one cx999 account, whether under your own name or under a false or borrowed identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using any form of software, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or automated tool to interact with cx999 games, the betting interface, or the payment system in a manner that provides an artificial advantage or that circumvents the platform's normal operating parameters.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using cx999 as a vehicle for any financial transaction that is unlawful under Bangladeshi law or international anti-money laundering standards.
• Colluding with other players, cx999 staff, or game studio personnel to manipulate game outcomes, share insider information about game software, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit a promotional offer.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction; impersonating another player or a cx999 staff member; or submitting forged or altered documents as part of a verification request.

cx999 employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously across all accounts and transactions. Detection of any prohibited conduct will trigger an immediate investigation. cx999 reserves the right to freeze account funds during an active investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any account balance, pending bonus, or pending withdrawal held at the time of account closure.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the cx999 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of cx999 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any cx999 intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any cx999 content without the express prior written consent of cx999.

Game content displayed on cx999 is provided under licence from the respective game studios. All game trademarks, logos, and visual assets remain the property of the relevant studio. cx999 does not claim ownership of any third-party game content.

11Privacy and Data Protection

cx999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with cx999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored and protected, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to your personal data.

cx999 does not sell, rent, or share personal player data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Player data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and game studios solely to the extent necessary to operate the cx999 platform and deliver the services described in these Terms. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data processing agreements.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and cx999 arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, cx999's first preference is to resolve the matter through direct negotiation. If you have a complaint, please contact cx999 support in writing, setting out the nature of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking. cx999 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. cx999 does not seek to exclude or restrict any right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection legislation. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
